I am a coffee lover. I don’t know about you guys but my day must start with a good cup of coffee.
There was a time when I did try to fight it and that was time when I started GAPS introduction diet but my coffee habit was stronger.
Instead of quitting it I swabbed conventional instant coffee to an organic grounded coffee. I also reduced coffee intake to one cup a day.
What is the difference between conventional and organic coffee?
Non organic coffee is one of the most chemically processed products in the world.
Contains synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. Not only people working on the farms due to spraying and handling the beans are exposed to all these sort of chemicals but also their families, neighbours and communities though the air and water.
These chemicals are very toxic to our health and should not be consumed at all !
Organic coffee means no chemical, easy… right?…
no danger to environment or harm to other beings.
In addition organic coffee taste better and is rich in antioxidants.
